Prof. Dr. Utho Creusen
Professor Utho Creusen has over 30 years of management experience as a board member and leadership executive, in companies such as Obi, Media Markt and Saturn. These days, he works as a senior advisor and supervisory board member of several international companies.
As Program Director of Digital Leadership at Management School St.Gallen, he specializes in designing up-to-date training formats for digital transformation and digital leadership.

Dr. Martina Rummel
Dr. Martina Rummel holds a doctorate in occupational and organizational psychology and has worked as a lecturer for over 30 years in the fields of leadership development, team development and change management.
As Program Director of Management School St.Gallen’s Executive Leadership, she is in charge of developing up-to-date concepts for a modern and forward-looking leadership culture.

Prof. Dr. Karl Schaufelbühl
Professor Karl Schaufelbühl has been working as a lecturer and management consultant for more than 35 years. He teaches at the University of Applied Sciences FHNW and other institutions General Management and has published a textbook that provides a holistic view of business administration.
As director of studies, he is responsible for the development of our St. Gallen's programs, certificates and diplomas.

Sebastian Marshall
Sebastian Marshall’s work at the Management School focusses on the challenges of change management and international leadership. With nearly 20 years international work experience, he has managed projects in Europe, Asia and the US and has worked successfully with people from over 50 different countries.
As Program Director IME he is responsible for the development of up-to-date concepts for global management & leadership education and successful international cooperation beyond borders.

Lydia Thea Blau is a lecturer, communication trainer and drama teacher. She has been training managers in presentation and discussion skills for over 20 years, combining artistic expertise with many years’ experience in business and numerous effective techniques.

Thomas Breitling
Thomas Breitling is a trailblazer and driving force in business innovation, strategic sales management and digital change, with many years’ experience as a manager and lecturer in sales and marketing.
As Program Director of Sales & Marketing, he is responsible for developing formats that focus on those sales competences and leadership qualities which are currently in demand. He also develops formats that empower businesses to grow into innovative sales organizations.

Torsten Laufenberg
Torsten Laufenberg is an experienced management expert. He is a lecturer and consultant in the fields of development, implementation and optimization of strategies and business models, as well as innovation and change management.
As Program Director of Management & Strategy at the Management School St.Gallen, he is responsible for the continued development of our state-of-the-art concepts which combine long-standing, proven St.Gallen approaches with new strategic trends.

Prof. Thomas Schmitt
Professor Thomas Schmitt teaches corporate finance and business management at the Technical College of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
At the Management School St.Gallen, he is Program Director of Finance & Control and is responsible for designing holistic and practice-oriented teaching modules, focusing particularly on financial business management.

Sibylle May
Sibylle May has been a lecturer on assistance for 30 years and during her career has worked both as an assistant and a manager. Her training sessions offer a unique link between the two perspectives, as her own experience enables her to see and understand both sides.
As Program Director of Executive Assistance, she specializes in the areas of office management, communication, correspondence and all other topics relating to assistance.

Konrad Bänziger
Konrad Bänziger has worked as a procurement expert for over 20 years and has many years’ experience as an entrepreneur, managing director and board member. As a lecturer, he specializes in sales, logistics, supply chain management, cost reduction and organization.
As Program Director of Procurement, he develops training sessions that not only enhance the development of personal sales competence but also promote the transformation of a business to a state-of-the-art sales organization.

Patrick Schmid is an experienced project management expert. Following a career in management and as leader of international projects, he has been working as a lecturer and consultant on the introduction and optimization of project management processes for over 20 years.
